BY-LAW 2010-036
A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2002-98,BEING A BY-LAW
TO ADOPT A NON-UNION PERSONNEL POLICY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham passed By-Law No. 2002-98 to
adopt a personnel policy for non-union employees December 19th,2002;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it
necessary and expedient to amend by-law 2002-98,as amended.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Schedule "A-1" of the said Non-Union Personnel Policy be and the same
is hereby repealed, and replaced with Schedule "A-1 2010" and Schedule "A-1
2011" affixed hereto and forming part of this by-law, effective January 1, 2010
and January 1, 2011 respectively.
2. AND THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 1sT
DAY OF APRIL,2010.
