BY-LAW NO.2010-027
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE RENEWAL
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
C.VALERIE DONNELL
FOR THE PROVISION OF A CONCESSION FOOD BOOTH
AT THE EAST BEACH IN PORT BURWELL
IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did pass By-law
2009-082 on June 4, 2009 authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement with C.
Valerie Donnell for the provision of a Concession Food Booth at the East Beach in Port Burwell;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham and the
contractor are desirous of renewing this contract for a further one year period;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Agreement for the provision of a Concession Food Booth at the East Beach in
Port Burwell between the Municipality of Bayham and C. Valerie Donnell be renewed
for a further one year term;
2. THAT all terms and conditions of the original agreement remain in full force and effect;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS lb'DAY
OF APRIL,2010.
