BY-LAW 2010-001
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous to appoint persons to Boards and
Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it expedient to
appoint such persons by by-law;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be and are hereby appointed to act as members of the following
Boards and Committees of the Municipality of Bayham:

2. THAT the Mayor be ex-officio member of any committee and have the rights of any regular
committee member;

3. THAT the term of these appointments shall be for a one-year term, except the Joint Police
Services Board and the Long Point Region Conservation Authority representative for
Bayham &Malahide which shall be for a term ending December 31, 2010, and that
appointees shall remain in office until respective successors are appointed by Council;
4. THAT appointments By-law 2009-006, and all amendments thereto,be repealed;
5. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST,SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 4th DAY OF
FEBRUARY 2010.
