BY-LAW NO.2009-105
A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2009-025
BEING AN AGREEMENT WITH RAMONA PEIDL
FOR THE PROVISION OF JANITORIAL SERVICES AT THE
BAYHAM (STRAFFORDVILLE) COMMUNITY CENTRE
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did pass By-law
2009-025 on March 5, 2009 authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement with
Ramona Peidl for the provision of janitorial services for the Bayham Community Centre owned
by the Municipality of Bayham;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham and the
contractor are desirous of amending this contract;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Agreement for janitorial services between the Municipality of Bayham and
Ramona Peidl be amended as follows to add:
Bayham Community Centre cleaning of the Main Hall following once
weekly Martial Arts Activity at a cost of$26;
2. THAT all terms and conditions of the original agreement remain in full force and effect;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 3RD DAY
OF SEPTEMBER 2009.
