BY-LAW NO. 2009-102
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
PETER CORFIELD AND ASSOCIATES
FOR THE PROVISION OF DEVELOPMENT OF A FIRE DEPARTMENT FIRE
MASTER PLAN
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham has established a Fire Department to provide
fire protection and public fire safety programs for residents of the municipality;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is
desirous of entering into an agreement for provision of a Fire Department Fire Master
Plan.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute an
Agreement between the Municipality of Bayham and Peter Corfield and
Associates for the provision of development of a Fire Master Plan as per
proposal dated July 24, 2009, and
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the final
passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 3rd
DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2009.
