BY-LAW NO.2009-075
BEING A BY-LAW TO ADOPT SPECIFIC NAMES FOR
CERTAIN MUNICIPAL CEMETERIES PREVIOUSLY KNOWN
BY MORE THAN ONE NAME
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of placing signage at municipal
cemetery sites that currently have none;
AND WHEREAS these specific cemetery sites have been historically known by more than one name;
AND WHEREAS Council is desirous that these sites be clearly identified by one name only;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
adopt such names by-law;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the names of the cemeteries at the locations identified below be adopted as follows:
Con 7 NTR S Pt Lot 110 53688 Heritage Line(west of Bayham West
Richmond)
Con 8 Pt Lot 23 11318 Ridge Line Old Eden
Con 7 NTR S Pt Lot 113 54254 Heritage Line Old Richmond
Con 10 S Pt Lot 8 54536 Best Line Best
Con 2 S Pt Lot 12 north of#4675 Plank Road Estherville
2. THAT the entities affected by these name changes be so advised;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST,SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 21sT DAY
OF MAY 2009.
