BY-LAW NO.2009-054
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF ONTARIO
AS REPRESENTED BY THE DEPUTY PREMIER AND MINISTER OF ENERGY AND
INFRASTRUCTURE AND MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE,FOOD AND RURAL
AFFAIRS
REGARDING THE BUILDING CANADA FUND - COMMUNITIES COMPONENT
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham submitted application for funding to the Building
Canada Fund- Communities Component;
AND WHEREAS the Municipality has received confirmation of conditional funding support
under the program subject to the completion of the BCF-CC Contribution Agreement;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into the said Contribution Agreement;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Administrator be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this by-law
between the Municipality of Bayham and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario for
the provision of funding under the Building Canada Fund - Communities Component.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 16th DAY
OF APRIL 2009.
