BY-LAW NO.2009-041
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF ONTARIO
AS REPRESENTED BY THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE,FOOD AND RURAL
AFFAIRS
FOR THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE UNDER THE ONTARIO SMALL
WATERWORKS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM -PART 2
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham submitted an Expression of Interest for OSWAP-2
funding to the Province of Ontario;
AND WHEREAS the Province has confirmed that the Municipality has met the program
eligibility criteria;
AND WHEREAS the program requires the completion of a Contribution Agreement;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into the said Contribution Agreement;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Administrator be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this by-law
between the Municipality of Bayham and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario for
the provision of assistance under the Ontario Small Waterworks Program Part 2.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 26th DAY
OF MARCH 2009.
