MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
BY-LAW NO.2008-114
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A LICENCE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM AND
GORDAN AND MINDY TAIT TO CROSS MUNICIPAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS Gordon and Mindy Tait are the registered owners of the lands and premises known
municipally as 56170 Heritage Line, Straffordville, Ontario.
AND WHEREAS Gordon and Mindy Tait have requested that the Municipality grant them
permission to construct,maintain and use a private driveway access across a one foot reserve that
borders the west side of Chapel Street being Part 1 on Reference Plan 11 R-9004.
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it
necessary and expedient to grant Gordon and Mindy Tait an irrevocable licence for the non-
exclusive use of the one foot reserve for the purposes of driveway access.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement
attached hereto as Schedule"A" and forming part of this by-law between Gordon and
Mindy Tait and the Municipality of Bayham.
2. THAT this by-law shall come-into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 20TH
DAY OF NOVEMBER 2008.
