A By-Law to1a Manager of Public Works
WHEREAS pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001 c.25, as amended, municipalities
may appoint officers and employees as may be necessary for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS, the Council of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary and
expedient to appoint a Manager of Public Works to perform those duties as required by the
Municipality.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Mr. Gerald LeMay be and is hereby appointed the Manager of Public Works for
the Municipality of Bayham to perform such duties commencing November 17,2008 and
until such appointment is repealed.
2. THAT By-Law No. 2008-11 be and same is hereby repealed.
3. AND THAT this By-law come into full force and affect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 6TH
DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2008.
