BY-LAW NO. 2008-087
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM AND VAN BREE DRAINAGE AND
BULLDOZING LIMITED FOR THE LIGHT LINE CULVERT
REPLACEMENT PROJECT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham (the "Municipality") desires to
enter into an agreement with Van Bree Drainage and Bulldozing Limited for construction of the
Light Line Culvert in accordance with the tender submitted September 4,2008;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary and expedient
to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a contract on behalf of the Municipality, for the
construction of the Light Line Culvert Replacement based on and in accordance with the terms
and conditions of the tender accepted;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this by-law between
Van Bree Drainage and Bulldozing Limited and the Municipality of Bayham for the
Light Line Culvert Replacement Project.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 4TH
DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2008.
