BY-LAW NO. 2008-072
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF ONTARIO
FOR THE PROVISION OF FUNDING
FOR ENERGY STUDIES
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham is the registered owner of buildings within the
municipality.
AND WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham wishes to undertake energy audits/studies of
certain municipal buildings.
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into an agreement for provision of funding for these studies.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Treasurer be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement
attached hereto as Schedule"A" and forming part of this by-law between the
Municipality of Bayham and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario for the provision
of funding for energy audits/studies.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST,SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 7th DAY
OF AUGUST 2008.
