BY-LAW NO. 2008-067
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
HYDRO ONE NETWORKS INC.
FOR THE PROVISION OF FUNDING
FOR PLAYGROUND IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham is the registered owner of parklands located in the
hamlets of Richmond and Corinth.
AND WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham is undertaking playground improvements on
these lands.
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into an agreement for provision of funding for these playground improvements.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement
attached hereto as Schedule"A" and forming part of this by-law between the
Municipality of Bayham and Hydro One Networks Inc. for the provision of funding for
playground improvements.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 3rd
DAY OF JULY 2008.
