BY-LAW NO. 2008-059
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE AMENDMENT OF
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
JACQUELINE B. BOOTLE
RESPECTING THE MANAGEMENT OF THE VIENNA COMMUNITY CENTRE
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did on December 1,
2005 enter into an agreement with Jacqueline B. Bootle for the provision of contracted
management services at the Vienna Community Centre;
AND WHEREAS Council did by By-law 2006-108 and 2007-112 renew the agreement with
Jacqueline Bootle for subsequent one-year terms;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
amending the said agreement with Jacqueline B. Bootle.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Article 3 of the agreement between the Municipality of Bayham and Jacqueline
Bootle for the provision of management services at the Vienna Community Centre be
amended by adding the following:
"Such monthly price shall be adjusted to Seven Hundred Thirty-three Dollars and Thirty-
three Cents ($733.33) monthly effective January 1st 2008, and further adjusted to Seven
Hundred Ninety-one Dollars and Sixty-six Cents ($791.66) monthly effective January 1st,
2009."
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 5TH
DAY OF JUNE 2008.
