A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2008-045
BEING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
RANDY BEACH
FOR THE PROVISION OF LANDSCAPE SERVICES
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham has entered into an agreement with
Randy Beach for the provision of landscape services;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
amending its' agreement with Randy Beach for provision of landscape services.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Schedule"A" of the agreement between the Municipality of Bayham and Randy
Beach for the provision of landscape services be amended by adding the following
properties:
Vienna—Map #2 $800
26 Fulton Street(Vienna Community Centre)
- grass
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 5r11
