BY-LAW NO.2008-043
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY AND
FANSHAWE ST.THOMAS/ELGIN CAMPUS
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to enter into an Agreement with Fanshawe St. Thomas/Elgin
Campus for the provision of a student placement under the"Health Care Office Assistant"Program
to the Municipality of Bayham.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS.
1. THAT the execution of an Agreement with Fanshawe St. Thomas/Elgin Campus under the
"Health Care Office Assistant Program"be and the same is hereby authorized.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 17th day of
April 2008.
