BY-LAW NO.2008-037
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE
EXECUTION OF A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
THE ROTARY CLUB OF AYLMER
WHEREAS the Rotary Club of Aylmer has made application to the Ontario Trillium Fund for
financial support for the extension to a community skateboard facility (established by separate
agreement by the Lions Club of Vienna)in the Vienna Memorial Park;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham supports, in principle, the
extension of such skateboard facility in the Vienna Memorial Park;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary and expedient
to enter into a land use agreement with the Rotary Club of Aylmer for the use of property
described as Plan 54 Lot 7 Part Lots 6, 8, 9, and 10 former Village of Vienna, to permit the
extension of the community skateboard facility located thereon.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS.
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute an Agreement
with the Rotary Club of Aylmer;
2. THAT the said Agreement is attached hereto as Schedule 'A' and forms a part of this by-
law.
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST,SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 3rd day of
April 2008.
