BY-LAW NO.2008-034
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE TUE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY AND THE
MINISTRY OF TRAINING, COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham has applied to the Ministry of Training, Colleges and
Universities under the Targeted Wage Subsidies Program for funding support for the position of
Customer Service Clerk/Receptionist;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to enter into an Agreement with the Ministry of Training,
Colleges and Universities for the provision of funding support under the Target Wage Subsidy
Program to the Municipality of Bayham.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS.
1. THAT the execution of an Agreement with the Ministry of Training, Colleges and
Universities be and the same is hereby authorized.
2. THAT the said Agreement is attached hereto as Appendix 'A' and forms a part of this by-
law.
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 3'd day of
April,2008.
