BY-LAW NO. 2008-031
A BY-LAW TO THEAGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
RAMONA PEIDL
FOR THE PROVISION OF
JANITORIAL SERVICES AT THE
BAYHAM (STRAFFORDVILLE) COMMUNITY CENTRE
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did on December 1,
2005 by By-law 2005-121 enter into an agreement with Ramona Peidl for the provision of
Janitorial Services at the Bayham(Straffordville) Community Centre;
AND WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2006-110 renew and 2007-111
further renew and amend By-law 2005-121;
AND WHEREAS the Municipality is desirous of further amending the agreement with Ramona
Peidl for contracted Janitorial Services at the Bayham (Straffordville) Community Centre;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Agreement between and the Municipality of Bayham and Ramona Peidl for the
provision of Janitorial Services at the Bayham Community Centre be further amended as
follows:
1. THAT amendments attached hereto as Schedule"A"be hereby confirmed, and
3. THAT in all other respects By-law 2005-121 and the Agreement attached thereto as
amended are hereby confirmed;
4. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 6TH DAY
OF MARCH 2008.
