BY-LAW NO.2008-020
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2008-001
A BY-LAW APPOINTING MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2008-001 appoint persons to
Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend such by-law;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the name R Lee Loceker be removed as a member of the Smuck Cemetery Board;
2. THAT the Aylmer and Area Chamber of Commerce economic development liason committee
be added as item 1. (r), and Mayor Acre be named as the Bayham Council appointee;
3. THAT in all other respects,By-law 2008-001 is hereby confirmed and remains unchanged;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST,SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 7TH DAY
OF FEBRUARY 2008.
