BY-LAW 2008-011
A By-Law t9 an Acting Public Works Superintendent
WHEREAS pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001 c.25, as amended, municipalities
may appoint officers and employees as may be necessary for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS, the Council of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary and
expedient to appoint an Acting Public Works Superintendent to perform those duties in the
absence of the Municipality's Public Works Superintendent.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Ed Bradfield be and is hereby appointed the Public Works Superintendent for the
Municipality of Bayham to perform such duties commencing January 9, 2008, and until
such appointment is repealed.
2. AND THAT this By-law come into full force and affect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 17.111
DAY OF JANUARY 2008.
