BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW #2001-94
A BY-LAW TO REGULATE AND CONTROL DOGS
AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law#2001-
94, as amended by By-law#2001-110,By-law#2003-093 and By-law#2007-049 enacted a
by-law to regulate and control dogs;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham now
deems it necessary to amend By-law No. 2001-94 to provide for the following
corrections;
NOW THEREFORE the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham hereby enacts as
follows:
THAT By-law#2001-94 be amended by substituting the following fees for Section 3 of
Appendix "A"of the By-law:
3. Pound Fees
Where the dog is transported to the Pound,
Fees paid to Pound Keeper:
First full day or part day in the pound $50.00
Additional day or part day in pound $15.00
READ a first, second and third time this 20 day of December, 2007.
