BY-LAW NO.2007-110
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE RENEWAL
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
RAMONA PEIDL
FOR THE PROVISION OF
JANITORIAL SERVICES AT THE
VIENNA COMMUNITY CENTRE
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did on December 1,
2005 enter into an agreement with Ramona Peidl for the provision of Janitorial Services at the
Vienna Community Centre;
AND WHEREAS Council did by By-law 2006-109 renew the agreement with Ramona Peidl for
a one-year term;
AND WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of renewing the agreement for
contracted Janitorial Services at the Vienna Community Centre for a further one year term;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Agreement between and the Municipality of Bayham and Ramona Peidl for
the provision of Janitorial Services at the Vienna Community Centre be renewed for a
further one year term ending December 31, 2008;
2. THAT in all other respects By-law 2005-120 and the Agreement attached thereto are
hereby confirmed;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 6TH DAY
OF DECEMBER 2007.
