BY-LAW NO.2007-107
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM AND
LAFLECHE ROOFING (1992)LIMITED
FOR THE PROVISION OF ROOF REPAIRS AT THE EDEN AND AREA
COMMUNITY CENTRE
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of proceeding with roof repairs at the Eden
and Area Community Centre;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into a contract agreement with LaFleche Roofing (1992) Limited to carry out such
repairs in accordance with the tender submitted November 30, 2007.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement
attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this By-law between the
Municipality of Bayham and LaFleche Roofing (1992) Limited to carry out roof repairs
at the Eden and Area Community Centre, at a tender price of$19,800 plus taxes.
2. THAT this By-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 6th
DAY OF DECEMBER 2007.
