BY-LAW NO. 2007-098
A BY-LAW FOR THE RENEWAL OF THE
PROVISION OF CONTRACT WINTER CONTROL SERVICES
IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WITH THOMAS WILSON
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did on November
17, 2005 enter into an agreement with Thomas Wilson for the provision of contracted winter
control services;
AND WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2006-106 amend and renew the
agreement for a further one year term;
AND WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of renewing the agreement for
contracted winter control maintenance activities to be performed under the jurisdiction of the
Municipality for a further one year term;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Agreement between and the Municipality of Bayham and Thomas Wilson for
the provision of contracted winter control services be renewed for a further one year term
ending April 15, 2008;
2. THAT amendments to By-law 2005-113 attached as Schedule"A"to By-law 2006-106
are hereby confirmed, and
3. THAT in all other respects By-law 2005-113 and the Agreement attached thereto are
hereby confirmed;
4. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 15TH
DAY OF NOVEMBER 2007.
