BY-LAW NO. 2007-092
A BY-LAW TO FURTHER AMEND BY-LAW 2006-034
A BY-LAW ESTABLISHING THE BAYHAM TOURISM AND
COMMUNITY MARKETING COMMITTEE
WHEREAS by by-law 2006-034 the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham
established the Bayham Tourism and Community Marketing Committee;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous that
By-law 2006-034 be further amended;
AND WHEREAS the Council is desirous that such amending provision be approved by By-law;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality
of Bayham enacts as follows:
1. THAT under Section 4 Structure, Establishment of Sub-Committees, the following sub-
committee be approved and added:
(a) Wind Interpretive Centre Committee
This committee will be responsible for recommending works for the
maintenance and operation of the Wind Interpretive Centre to the Bayham
Tourism and Community Marketing Committee for consideration.
This committee will be responsible for raising funds to assist in the
maintenance and operation of the facility and implementation of works as
approved by the Bayham Tourism and Community Marketing Committee
within Council approved budget guidelines.
2. THAT in all other respects By-law 2006-034, as amended, be hereby confirmed and
remains unchanged;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into force aad take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 15T DAY
OF NOVEMBER 2007.
