BY-LAW NO. 2007-089
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
RICHMOND COMMUNITY WATER INC.
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of entering into an agreement with
Richmond Community Water Inc. for the temporary provision of water operations, on a full cost
recovery basis;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Deputy Mayor and Deputy Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute an
Agreement with Richmond Community Water Inc., for the temporary provision of water
operations on a full cost recovery basis,in a form to be recommended by the municipal
solicitor;
2. AND THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 4TH DAY
OF OCTOBER 2007.
