BY-LAW NO.2007-064
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF A SERVICE CONTRACT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
ONTARIO GOOD ROADS ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham is undertaking a special project to document tangible
capital assets and prepare a long-term asset management plan;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham has deemed it appropriate to
utilize Municipal DataWorks to accumulate and document the necessary data for the special
project and for on-going use;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham now deems it
necessary and expedient to enter into a service contract Agreement with Ontario Good Roads
Association;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement,
attached hereto as Schedule"A" and forming part of this by-law,between Ontario Good
Roads Association and the Municipality of Bayham;
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 7TH DAY
OF JUNE,2007.
