BY-LAW NO. 2007-060
Being a By-law to amend By-law#2001-111
WHEREAS, on the 06th day of December 2001 The Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham
found it desirable to enact By-law#2001-111 to regulate and control traffic(parking);
AND WHEREAS,pursuant to Section 210 of the Municipal Act,being Chapter M.45, R.S.O.
1990, as amended, a council of a municipality may pass by-laws for the regulation of traffic;
AND WHEREAS,the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it desirable
to pass a By-law to amend By-law#2001-111, Schedule"B"—Restricted Parking;
NOW THEREFORE,the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham enacts as
follows:
THAT, By-law#2001-111, Schedule"B"Restricted Parking be amended by substituting the
following:
SCHEDULE "B"
RESTRICTED PARKING

VILLAGE OF PORT BURWELL:
Addison Street Both Sides From Libbye Avenue 01:00 hrs to 07:00 hrs Anytime
To Homer Street
Libbye Avenue Both Sides From Chatham Street 01:00 hrs to 07:00 hrs Anytime
To Fay Street
Libbye Street Both Sides From Fay Street 01:00 hrs to 07:00 hrs Anytime
To Westerly limit

To Libbye Street
AND THAT By-law#2001-111, Schedule"A",Part"B",under Village of Port Burwell,be amended
by removing the following:

Addision Street East Side From Libbye Avenue Any Day Anytime
To Homer Street
AND THAT this By-law shall come into force and take effect immediately upon third and final
reading thereof.
