By-law No. 2007-001 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW 2007-001 A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous to appoint persons to Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it expedient to appoint such persons by by-law; THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT appointments By-law 2006-005, and amendments thereto,be repealed; 5. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
