BY-LAW NO.2006-114
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY AND MINISTRY
OF HEALTH AND LONG-TERM CARE
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham has applied to the Ministry of Health and Long-Term
Care under the "Grown Your Own NP Initiative" for funding support for the position of Nurse
Practitioner;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to enter into an Agreement with the Ministry of Health
and Long-Term Care for the provision of funding support under the "Grow Your Own NP
Initiative"Program to the Municipality of Bayham.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS.
1. THAT the execution of an Agreement with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care be
and the same is hereby authorized.
2. THAT the said Agreement is attached hereto as Appendix 'A' and forms a part of this by-
law.
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 23rd day of
November 2006.
