BY-LAW NO.2006-110
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE RENEWAL
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
RAMONA PEIDL
FOR THE PROVISION OF
JANITORIAL SERVICES AT THE
BAYHAM (STRAFFORDVILLE) COMMUNITY CENTRE
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did on December 1,
2005 enter into an agreement with Ramona Peidl for the provision of Janitorial Services at the
Bayham(Straffordville) Community Centre;
AND WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of renewing the agreement for
contracted Janitorial Services at the Bayham(Straffordville) Community Centre for a further one
year term;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Agreement between and the Municipality of Bayham and Ramona Peidl for the
provision of Janitorial Services at the Bayham Community Centre be renewed for a further one
year term ending December 31, 2008;
1. THAT the Agreement between and the Municipality of Bayham and Ramona Peidl for
the provision of Janitorial Services at the Bayham(Straffordville) Community Centre be
renewed for a further one year term ending December 31, 2008;
2. THAT amendments attached hereto as Schedule"A"be hereby confirmed, and
3. THAT in all other respects By-law 2005-121 and the Agreement attached thereto are
hereby confirmed;
4. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 2ND DAY
OF NOVEMBER 2006.

Amendments to Janitorial Agreement
1. the upstairs wall washing and the floor strip and wax be done on an annual rather than
semi-annual basis,being an addition of 4 hours annually.
2. The semi-annual requirements will include"Wash all walls,fans,heaters, air ducts etc. in
coat room,bar and all washrooms and partitions". The required semi-annual hours will
remain at 491/2.
