HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law No. 2006-099 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM BY-LAW 2006-099 A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2002-98,BEING A BY-LAW TO ADOPT A NON-UNION PERSONNEL POLICY WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham passed By-Law No. 2002-98 to adopt a personnel policy for non-union employees December 19th,2002; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary and expedient to amend by-law 2002-98, as amended, to implement changes to the policy to the Municipal Staff Organization; NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT subsection 2.7 under the heading "Vision" of the said Non-Union Personnel Policy be and the same is hereby amended by deleting therefrom"$175 ($225 commencing Jan 1, 2004)" and inserting"$275". 2. THAT subsection 2.7 under the heading "Vision" of the said Non-Union Personnel Policy be and the same is hereby amended by adding the thereto "Eye exams at a maximum of$75 per family member per 24 months". 3. THAT Schedule "A-1" of the said Non-Union Personnel Policy be and the same is hereby repealed, and replaced Schedule "A-1" (Salary Grid 2006) affixed hereto and forming part of this by-law, and such schedule shall be effective January 1, 2006. 4. THAT the Municipality of Bayham Staff Organization Chart, forming part of the Non-Union Personnel Policy, be and the same is hereby repealed, and replaced with the Organizational Chart affixed hereto and forming part of this by-law, and such schedule shall be effective at the date of final passing of this By-law. 5. AND THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
