Being a by-law to repeal the Township of Bayham
By-law 94-38
a by-law establishing the use of composite ballots
WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Bayham did on July 21, 1994, pass By-law
94-3 8, authorizing the use of composite ballots in Municipal elections held by the
Township;
AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham
supports the use of separate ballots in the Municipal election;
NOW THEREFORE,the Council of the Municipality of Bayham hereby enacts that
By-law 94-38 of the former Township of Bayham hereby be repealed.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS
21ST DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2006.
