BY-LAW NO.2006-054
BEING A BY-LAW TO FURTHER AMEND BY-LAW 2006-005
A BY-LAW APPOINTING MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-Iaw 2006-005 appoint persons to
Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law
2006-011 and 2006-013 amend such by-law;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
further amend such by-law;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT"Item(g)Bayham Community Economic Development&Tourism Committee
including the appointments of the following be deleted:
Mike Perovich/Brian Graydon/Darryl Mudford/Ian Almond
Shelley Gillis (or alternate—Provincial Park)
Council Mathew Schafer(or) Mark Taylor(alternate)
Staff Resource/Secretary Kyle Kruger
2. THAT"Item(g)Bayham Business&Commerce Committee",including the following
appointments be inserted:
Mayor Lynn Acre
Council Representatives (2) Cliff Evanitski/Mathew Schafer
Community Representatives:
Ward 1 Ian Almond
Ward 2
Ward 3 Brian Graydon
Other _

Other
Staff Support:

3. THAT Item 1(s): `Bayham Tourism&Community Marketing Committee"including the
following appointments be added:

Community Representatives:
Ward 1 Ian Almond
Ward 2 Sheri Ketchabaw
Ward 3 Tom Tracey

Staff Support:
4. THAT in all other respects,By-law 2006-005, as amended,is hereby confirmed and remains
unchanged;
5. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final reading.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 1ST DAY OF JUNE 2006.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 1ST DAY OF JUNE 2006.
