BY-LAW NO. 2006-031
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE RENEWAL
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
THOMAS WILSON
FOR THE PROVISION OF LANDSCAPE SERVICES
IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did pass By-law
2005-036 on April 21, 2005 authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement with
Thomas Wilson for landscape services in the Municipality of Bayham;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham and the
contractor are desirous of renewing this contract for a further two year period, as permitted in the
original agreement;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Agreement for landscape services between the Municipality of Bayham and
Thomas Wilson,be renewed for a further two year term;
2. THAT all terms and conditions of the original agreement remain in full force and effect;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 20TH
DAY OF APRIL 2006.
