BY-LAW NO. 2006-028
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE RENEWAL
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
AND
RAMONA PEIDL
FOR THE PROVISION OF
JANITORIAL SERVICES IN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did pass By-law
2003-109 on December 4, 2003 authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement with
Ramona Peidl for the provision of janitorial services for various properties owned by the
Municipality of Bayham;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham and the
contractor are desirous of renewing this contract for a further two year period, as permitted in the
original agreement,pursuant to the addition of a spring cleaning at the Port Burwell Fire Station
proposal submitted by the contractor;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Agreement for janitorial services between the Municipality of Bayham and
Ramona Peidl be renewed for a further two year term,pursuant to the addition of a spring
cleaning at the Port Burwell Fire Station proposal submitted by the contractor as follows:
• Spring cleaning of the Port Burwell Fire Hall at a cost of$200;
• Any additional work requested by the municipality be paid at an hourly
rate of$13.
2. THAT all terms and conditions of the original agreement remain in full force and effect;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 4TH DAY
OF MAY 2006.
