BY-LAW NO.2006-23
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY AND HUMAN
RESOURCES AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT CANADA
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham has applied to Human Resources And Skills
Development Canada under the Targeted Wage Subsidies Program for funding support for the
position of Customer Service Clerk/Receptionist;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to enter into an Agreement with Human Resources And
Skills Development Canada for the provision of funding support under the Target Wage Subsidy
Program to the Municipality of Bayham.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS.
1. THAT the execution of an Agreement with Human Resources Development And Skills
Development Canada be and the same is hereby authorized.
2. THAT the said Agreement is attached hereto as Appendix 'A' and forms a part of this by-
law.
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 23rd day of
March 2006.
