BY-LAW NO. 2006-020
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE
EXECUTION OF A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
THE LIONS CLUB OF VIENNA
WHEREAS the Lions Club of Vienna have made application to the Ontario Trillium Fund for
financial support for the establishment of a community skateboard facility in the community of
Vienna, to be located in the Vienna Memorial Park;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham has previously supported, in
principle, the establishment of a skateboard park in the Vienna Memorial Park;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary and expedient
to enter into a land use agreement with the Lions Club of Vienna for the use of property
described as Plan 54 Lot 7 Part Lots 6,8,9, and 10 former Village of Vienna, to permit the lands
to be used for a community skateboard facility.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS.
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute an Agreement
with the Lions Club of Vienna;
2. THAT the said Agreement is attached hereto as Schedule 'A' and forms a part of this by-
law.
3. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 16th day of
March,2006.
