BY-LAW NO.2006-013
BEING A BY-LAW TO FURTHER AMEND BY-LAW 2006-005
A BY-LAW APPOINTING MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2006-005 appoint persons to
Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law
2006-011 amend such by-law;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
further amend such by-law;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT"Item(e)Museums Boards", including the appointments of the following be deleted:
"Port Burwell Marine Brenda Almond(Chairman)/Brian Masschaele(Secretary)
Elaine Smith/Robert Smith(Financial Liason)/Marg Rushton
Bonnie Bradfield/Ron Bradfield Bev Hickey/Richard Bradt
Paul Bisson/Chuck Buchanan
Council Mark Taylor
Edison of Vienna Carol Judd(Chairman)/Jean Woon(Secretary&Financial Liason)
K.C. Emerson(Vice-Chairman)/Karen Cummings (Media Liason)
Cheryl Peters/Tim Judd/Ted Woon//John Scott Lewis Acre
Brian Masschaele
Council Mark Taylor
Staff Resource(both Museums) Lynda Millard"
2. THAT"Item(e)Museums Bayham Board", including the following be inserted:
One(1)year term: Brenda Almond/Ron Bradfield/Carol Judd/Jean Woon
Two (2) year term: Bev Hickey/KC. Emerson/Ray Maddox(Bayham Historical Society
Representative/Bob Lozon(Port Burwell Historical Society Representative)
Three(3)year term: Bob Smith/Cheryl Peters /Brian Masschaele(Professional Heritage
Facility Representative)
Council Representative: Mark Taylor/Lynn Acre(Alternate)
Curator(Staff Liason/Resource-in the absence of a curator) Lynda Millard;
1 THAT in all other respects,By-law 2006-005, as amended,is hereby confirmed and remains
unchanged;
4. THAT this by-law shall come into force and effect as of April 1,2006.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS l6i DAY
OF MARCH 2006.
