BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2005-001
AS AMENDED BY BY-LAW 2005-012,2005-026, 2005-038,2005-066,
2005-074,2005-101 &2005-104
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2005-001
appoint persons to Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2005-012, 2005-026,
2005-038,2005-066, 2005-074,2005-101 and 2005-104 amend By-law 2005-001;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
further amend such by-law;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the name Chuck Buchanan be added as a member of the Port Burwell Marine
Museum Board;
2. THAT in all other respects,By-law 2005-001, as amended,is hereby confirmed and
remains unchanged;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST,SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 15TH DAY
OF DECEMBER 2005.
