BY-LAW NUMBER 2005—107
Being a by-law to Amend By-law 2001-15, a by-law establishing the
Bayham Community Centres Committee
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did by
By-law 2001-15, establish a Bayham Community Centres Committee, to be responsible
for the maintenance, service,promotion and operation of the Bayham (Straffordville) and
Vienna Community Centre facilities under the jurisdiction of the municipality;
AND WHEREAS Council is desirous to amend the Committee governance structure as
contained in Schedule"A"to By-law 2001-15;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Bayham enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham hereby
amends Schedule"A" attached to By-law 2001-15 under Objectives as follows:
"The Committee be responsible for the yearly review of the Bayham
Municipal Alcohol Policy."be added
2. THAT the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham hereby
further amends Schedule"A" attached to By-law 2001-15 as follows:
(i) under Section Structure -Membership (a)
"one(1)member from the Bayham community at large,being
recommended by the members of the Committee to Council for
consideration"be deleted and
(ii) "two(2)members from the Bayham community at large,being
recommended by the members of the Committee to Council for
consideration"be inserted
3. THAT all other terms and conditions contained in Schedule"A"to By-law
2001-15 remain unchanged;
4. THAT this By-law shall come into full force and effect on the date of its passage.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS
17TH DAY OF NOVEMBER 2005
