BY-LAW NO.2005-070
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION
OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM AND
345990 ONTARIO LIMITED
FOR THE LEASE OF WEST BANK LANDS,PORT BURWELL
WHEREAS 345990 Ontario Limited is the registered owner of Chatham E/S, Plan 12 RP
11R990 Parts 1&2,Port Burwell;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
entering into a lease agreement with 345990 Ontario Limited for the use of this property.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the Lease attached
hereto as Schedule"A" and forming part of this by-law between the Municipality of
Bayham and 345990 Ontario Limited for the use of west bank lands, legally known as
Chatham E/S,Plan 12 RP 11R990 Parts 1&2,Port Burwell.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST,SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 21d
DAY OF JULY 2005.
