BY-LAW NO. 2005-049
A BY-LAW TO AMEND AGREEMENTS BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM AND
SMALL TOWN LANDSCAPE SERVICES LTD.
FOR THE PROVISION OF
LANDSCAPE AND CEMETERY CARE SERVICES
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham did by By-laws 2005-033 and 2005-035,passed April
21, 2005, authorize the execution of agreements with Small Town Landscape Services Ltd. for
the provision of Landscape and Cemetery Care Services for lands owed by the Municipality;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
amending the said agreements;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Schedule"A"to By-law 2005-033 under Item 3, cemeteries 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 the
total per cut excluding Gst be amended to read: "$170"
2. THAT Schedule"A"to By-law 2005-035 under Item 3, Port Burwell Map#1
Area A—grass, -flower beds,the amount be amended to read: $2,000.00
3. THAT all other terms and conditions of the agreement remain unchanged;
4. AND THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 2ND
DAY OF JUNE 2005.
