BY-LAW NO.2005-048
A BY-LAW TO AMEND THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM AND
THOMAS WILSON
FOR THE PROVISION OF LANDSCAPE SERVICES
WHEREAS the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2005-036,passed April 21, 2005,
authorize the execution of an agreement with Thomas Wilson for the provision of Landscape
Services for lands owed by the Municipality;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham is desirous of
amending the said agreement to include the landscape services for the sewage treatment plant
lands in Port Burwell;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Schedule"A"to By-law 2005-036 under Item 3, Port Burwell Map#1 be
amended to add:
"Area M(sewage treatment plant)—grass $840";
2. THAT all other terms and conditions of the agreement remain unchanged;
3. AND THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 2ND
DAY OF JUNE 2005.
