BY-LAW NO.2005-026
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2005-001
AS AMENDED BY BY-LAW 2005-012
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2005-001
appoint persons to Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2005-012 amend By-law
2005-001;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
further amend such by-law;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the name of Shelley Scott be removed as a member of the Bayham Community
Economic Development&Tourism Committee;
2. THAT Richard Bradt and Brenda Almond be hereby appointed as members of the Port
Burwell Marine Museum Board;
3. THAT Darryl Mudford be hereby appointed as a member of the Bayham Community
Economic Development&Tourism Committee
4. THAT Paul Ens replace Mark Taylor as the Council representative on the Bayham Culture
Committee;
5. THAT in all other respects,By-law 2005-001, as amended,is hereby confirmed and
remains unchanged;
6. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 21ST DAY
OF APRIL 2005.
