BY-LAW NO.2005-012
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2005-001
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2005-001 appoint persons to
Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
amend such by-law;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT John Stocker be hereby appointed as the Community Centres Committee Community
Member at Large
2. THAT in all other respects, By-law 2005-001 is hereby confirmed and remains unchanged;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 3RD DAY
OF FEBRUARY 2005.
