BY-LAW NO. 2004-079
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH GREENTREE GAS AND OIL LTD.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary and expedient to
approve an Agreement with Greentree Gas and Oil Ltd. for the acquisition of brine substances.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICPALITY OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
Agreement with Greentree Gas and Oil Ltd. affixed hereto and forming part of this By-law
and marked as Schedule"A",being an agreement to acquire brine substances.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 2"d DAY
OF SEPTEMBER,2004.
