BY-LAW NO.2004-071
BEING A BY-LAW TO FURTHER AMEND BY-LAW 2004-001
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law 2004-001 appoint persons to
Boards and Committees for the purposes of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham did by By-law
2004-014, 2004-027, 2004-034, 2004-048 AND 2004-054 amend By-law 2004-001;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham deems it necessary to
further amend such by-law;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following name be removed as a member of the Eden Cemetery Board:
• Wilford Burwell;
2. THAT in all other respects, By-law 2004-001, as amended,is hereby confirmed and remains
unchanged;
3. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon final passing.
READ A FIRST,SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 5TH DAY
OF AUGUST 2004.
