BY-LAW NO. 2004-043
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYHAM
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG
AND CAYUGA MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION
FOR THE BAYHAM DRIVE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham and the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg are desirous of entering into an agreement for the Bayham Drive construction
project;
AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham and the Corporation of the
Town of Tillsonburg are desirous of entering into a contract agreement with Cayuga Materials&
Construction for the construction of the Bayham Drive Project;
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF BAYHAM ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule"A" and forming part of this by-law
between the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham, the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg and Cayuga Materials and Construction is hereby approved;
2. AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute the attached
Agreement marked as Schedule"A"on behalf of the Municipality of Bayham;
3. AND THAT this By-law shall come into full force and effect upon the date of its
enactment.
READ A FIRST,SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 15th
DAY OF APRIL 2004.
